The team loved my bullet points checklist, identical for each member… which meant they collaborated as well as worked separately. I felt very comfortable changing a few details from the list as the goal of the 2 hr session was visible to them, once they heard the full context. That’s the magic!! Spiritually speaking, understanding is the main thrust/basis to appropriate and enjoyable action ensuing. Not “fun”… this was working, no doubt to them how much their participation “counted”. I’m 77 yrs old, not tall, etc. They “got it” as their multiple experiences in other jobs and lifetime too, count big time as training. No need to over-explain with this team. Thanks Omar, see you at next job, yes you are requested. Of course! |
