He followed the (somewhat complicated, it looked to me) directions to a "t", wore a mask until I told him when he was outside working on the heater alone he could take it off (but he always put it back on when I came out), and taught both my husband and me how to use the heater with an excellent teaching style (this from a professor for more than 45 years!). Excellent re-introduction to Sweeps which I haven't used for some years. His performance, as well as Sweeps initial reply to my phone call, reminds me to think about using Sweeps for all sorts of other jobs in the future. |
