Moving in Cary

1) Move some brick from the front porch to the back garage

Someone on time, Its reoccurring IF they will sand and paint a table, chairs, drill screws in table, caulk window, can assemble and install a porch swing, install a drain and put mulch down (provided by owner), clean out window sills, straighten and secure vapor barrier in crawl space. install a shelf in master closet, caulk around window, 4 exterior wood threads on stringer (already installed) This could require 2 people. or one person for a day. I am particular and want to make sure all done right. I can provide power drill
