I am a Junior at the University of North Carolina Chapel hill, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science with a minor in Sustainability and Business. The academic rigor of these degrees have prepared me with working knowledge of designing market models, developing efficient processes, and the future impact of (water management and sustainability on the economy/market); as well as honed my writing and verbal communications skills. In addition to my coursework, I have experience in the field. As a member of the UNC Renewable Energy and Special Projects Committee I have worked to acquire funding approval and installation of energy projects ranging from $70,000 to $300,00 dollars. Recently, I completed a project installing a solar tree from spotlight solar to power the Morehead planetarium and I am currently working with Tesla to install a power pack on the UNC Friday center.
