Very kind and personable. He rushed through his work and I would have to show him what he missed, so then hed have to go over it again. I asked him to slow down and look and see if what he cleaned was actually clean. He was cheerful and took the critique well. He helped pick up and move things. Hes strong and able. Not sure assigning him to clean is the best use of his time. He has other strengths.
